3. How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices and is protected by access controls so that only you can access your own financial records. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties.

AI Features

4. AI Assistant

The App includes an optional AI assistant that can answer questions about your finances. This feature is powered by Google Gemini, our AI provider.

Fully optional: The AI assistant is entirely optional. You are never required to use it, and the rest of the App works without it.
Only shared with your in-app consent: When you choose to ask the AI a question, we may pass the data required to answer that question to Gemini — and only with your explicit in-app consent. If you do not consent, no financial data is sent to the AI provider.
Purpose-limited: Data shared with Gemini is used solely to generate a response to your finance-related question.
No model training: Neither we nor our AI provider use your data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.

You can choose not to use the AI assistant at any time, and doing so will not affect your ability to use the App's other features.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver certain features (such as secure data storage and the optional AI assistant described above). These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and are expected to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You can access, edit, or delete the financial data you have entered in the App.
You can choose whether or not to use the optional AI assistant.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's features. When you delete your account, your associated data is removed in accordance with our data-deletion practices.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
